  Going on 4th week closed now. Insane. Shrewsbury did not like how many business deposits I brought the other day with me, while having just one teller open there while another assoc calmly walked through the line to "facilitate" the process. Good luck BOA, with keeping customers.

  "Temporarily closed due to circumstances beyond control" is what the sign on the door says for two days in a row. They won't say what those "circumstances" are, but I was there in person within the last week and it would be nice to know if the staff all has Coronavirus or if I was exposed to it when I was there. It is unacceptable for them to not disclose the reason why a bank branch is suddenly closed every day, you know, due to "circumstances"

  Never open. Lucky if there one teller on duty, plenty of employees just hanging around. Have to switch banks as they have closed almost all of there branches, just an ugly experience.

  Sadly, I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is focused on attempting to make appointments for more services rather than the actual service you are there for. They give inaccurate information and also don't answer their phones ever, so don't bother trying to call to speak to a human. Unfortunately, the other Westborough location is closed. I have never had an issue with that location and look forward to them reopening.

  Can any one please tag a Bank of America management person, since last 2 hrs I am in call with representative and still issue related to my debit card is not resolved. Today spend approx 4-5 hrs on wait time and talking with representative but still issue not resolved.

  Hi I have been banking with this bank for ever at Lyman st. location. Customer service has really gone down at Lyman location. As usual I call them first for some information, didn't like the approach. So I called Turnpike location, was pleasant gave full detail is to what I was looking for. Now I will see how they are in actually professing the work.

  I highly recommend this bank. ATM's here are always updated newest technology. Employee's here are always nice always willing to help you with any bank problems. 10/10 cant ask anymore better then that 👍👍👍

  This bank is closed only ATM is open they need to be more responsible and add it in google that they are closed
