  Doug and the staff at Northpoint M ortg age made my recent refinance simple and stress free. Doug walked me through a confusing process and expedited the refinance to meet very tight turn around times. They answered all of my questions timely and accurately. All of the paperwork was transferred via a secure sight, it was conveniently done online until I had to sign documents at closing.
