  My recent home purchase was made so easy by the efforts of David Flynn and his team at Evolve. I have purchased many homes - there is always a delay in the financing, or underwriting - this one was seamless. Awesome communication to me and to both realtors included in the real estate transaction made all of us (including the seller) very comfortable that things would close on time - and we did - in less than 30 days even! AMAZING service...

  I would highly recommend Evolve Bank and Trust for anyone purchasing a new home. They walked me through everything til I completely understood the process. They came to my home to pick up documents so I didn’t have to bring my grandchildren in the car to deliver them (thank you so much Cherie) we love our new home , Thank you so much George and Cherie!!
