  Worked with Mike Mathieu and Ed Newton for over 5 years to sell our house in Westborough, Massachusetts. Sale was difficult because the house was over 30 years old and most buyers were looking for newer homes in our price range of approximately 1 million. Finally found a buyer that appreciated the 9 acre lot and quality of the home in March 2017 and the closing occurred in May 2017 at the asking price of $850,000. In addition to sticking with us over the long sales window, Mike and Ed did numerous favors for us in watching over the property especially since the home was unoccupied for the 7 winter months when we were in Arizona. They were our friends as well as our realtors.

  Dealing with Stephanie Graham was a privilege. She made the whole house buying process stress free. The best thing when dealing with Stephanie is that no matter when something popped into my head i could call or email her and she would always be there to answer. Steady communication is enough to remedy any doubt or worries, and when buying a house there is plenty of that.   Our listing realtor was Stephanie Graham. We had an initial consultation prior to signing the listing agreement and Stephanie provided valuable information about the marketing support that was provided by her firm Mathieu Newton, along with a recommendation when to list and the asking price. Stephanie also provided valuable insight into how the large real estate sites like Realtor, Zillow etc will assist in increasing the exposure of our listing to the market place. Once we signed the listing agreement, Stephanie provided complete turn-key marketing support. She collected all the critical data about our property to ensure that the listing description was accurate, provided a consultant to help with the staging process. In addition, Stephanie provided full onsite seller representation of our property at the open house and individual agent/buyer showings. The scheduling and communication of showing was managed by a web based scheduling app that also included critical feedback from potential buyers and agents. We listed our home in the middle of March and closed at the end of May. The marketing and selling our home was a success, as a result of Stephanie's professional approach, and careful attention to details.

  These guys are the best. Completely professional and results oriented. They know the market, they know the buyers and they know how to get a deal done. They actually sold our house and it wasn't officially on the market! If you have a house to sell in the Westborough area and you don't use them....then in my opinion you would be doing yourself a big dis-service! It's all about results ...and these guys are the BEST.
