  You can't even make a simple deposit to your account from the ATM so you have to wait in line for 20 minutes just for that. Awful place.

  ATM seems to always be out of money and this bank is "Temporarily closed" along with other branches. Seriously inconvenient.

  If you have a small estate to complete, DO NOT choose Bank of America. They completely mis-managed the funds of my friend's estate for whom I am a Power of Attorney of. Jilliane Homme, who is the Financial Solutions Advisor at Bank of America's SE Washington St. branch, took 2 months to give me the actual phone number to the estate services of BoA and did not follow through on my issue. I am extremely displeased and PLEASE do yourself a favor and go to another bank for timely services in regards to an estate.

  Earlier today about 9:50 AM I was this branch to make withdrawal and an asian girl was helping me to complete my transaction she needed help but to other women probably much older than her didn't like to help here they were showing a face of hate that they don't like here. I haven't seen something like this to bank of America before this day. I hope you can do same thing better.

  Very slow service. Terrible. The DMV has lines that move faster. 2 people working and exactly 10 people in line Worst bank ever!

  I can see from their reviews that what I have to say. Right in line not the top of the line Bank of America location the notary refuse because of some technical non typed document refuse to notarize only my signature not the content of the letter hello the ATM has not been working for many many months properly I called the number on the ATM to report and there's no answer hello wake up

  This bank is trash. It's not my fault my company doesn't offer direct deposit. So you want to change me a monthly fee because I'm not rich enough to keep my account over 1500 for every day of the month. Lookslike I won't be banking with you

  I've been to many Bank of America branches and the customer service at this branch is outstanding. The professionals there are eager to help me and expediently serve me and help me to get things completed so that I can get back on the road to making money. Their service often exceeds my expectations. I'm very pleased to bank with Bank of America!
