  I stopped using this bank and I will never use this bank ever. I had a check over 200.00 dollars and could only get my check 200.00 then and 200.00 a few days later. You'd think for a bank that charges they would have better service. They aren't helpfully at all and could learn some customer service manners.

  I'm only give a star just to give my review. Bad customer service. Their rude and mean. They make you waite a long time while the laugh and tell jokes. Some people are lazy so obvious. Over crowded lines if people and not enough staff. Worst experienced and worst people to work with.

  2 HOUR long waits to talk get a replacement atm card that they inadvertently cancelled. Rude unhelpful, distracted staff. This branch is why the credit union is flourishing!
