      My partner and I have nothing but good things to say about Merri Cook and Homestead Funding. Merri was a dream to work with. Because the home buying market is so competitive these days, we had to frequently turn to Merri for advice and support. She was always responsive and able to answer any of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Merri is very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. I'm not sure we could have done it without her!

      Working with Merri on obtaining a mortgage was a terrific experience! She walked us through the process very patiently, explained (and reexplained) things that we didn't understand incredibly clearly, and was very responsive to our inquiries. She's also a friendly, warm person. Can't recommend her enough -- she was a delight to work with.
