  I asked Twice about my new card to be mailed, old one was expiring. Two different people said it would arrive be the last day of the expiration month. I asked in October and mid November. Never arrived. Card expired. Mail address correct. I go to ANOTHER branch office, they show me how to get a new one on the app. Nice going... Now I have to wait a week without a card working while they sit on my money.

  if i could give this branch zero stars i would. this branch has the worst service i have ever experienced. everyone with whom i spoke gave me different information about access to my safe deposit box. the first time i got into the box after i opened the box account i found the door to my vault standing wide open; no one could say why. the manager, eleanor smith, was the most useless of all. after three months of poor service i closed the safe deposit box and went to another bank.

  I had to go inside the branch for a few moments. Most businesses are back to their regular hours and staffing. The operating hours and services have not returned to pre - pandemic norms. Corporate B of A refuses to allow their local employees to give complete customer service, uncool!

  in my dealings with Bank of America I would not continue to do my Banking with them. poor website and general service

  One teller during lunch rush, somehow my last comment on here got deleted as well. They never have more then 2 people working. Wait over 15 minutes in line. It's rediculous.

  They had an arm guard in the front to open the door for you and everybody was protective with mass and gloves
