Jacqueline Matia1Thieves targeting this location. Had woman on foot kept blocking my car so I couldn't leave the atm, giant truck with blacked out windows behind me. Couldn't move for over 12 minutes, called 911 and both truck and woman left (without having used the atm) the moment cop pulled in. Roswell cops are useless, avoid this atm

G Strumieg1This is the worst B of A branch office I have ever been in and I am a 20 year B of A customer. For seven years I have visited this branch it has never improved. Slow employees and broken equipment that doesn't allow for even basic transactions. I have tried to use it since it is the closest office to my business, but each time I give them another try they fail. It should be closed!

Wendy Day3There's something terrible about this branch. There's always a line when I go, the staff is very slow, and they always act like new trainees... I hate this branch. A year later: I'm glad I stayed. They've really stepped up their game. There's still a wait, almost always, but the staff is friendly and happier.

Russell Robinson5By far the best bank of America in GA. I have visited a plethora of Bank of Americas and most need to be trained by these associates. They are kind, efficient, and equivocally dedicated to the needs of anyone who enters the bank. If I could choose a single branch to bank with, it would be this one.

Josh Gralton1Just moved into the area; considering opening up a new account soon. I had a (Bank of America) Payroll Check to cash and a temporary GA drivers license (since I recently moved And changed addresses they mail the hard copy to your address and give you a temporary paper one wing holograms and other security features). The teller asks if I have an account and I say no, but that it's a "Bank of America" check and that I understood I had to pay a small fee. When she saw my temporary ID says that she is unable to cash it without actual hard copy of my Georgia DL I.D, despite it being legitimate and a universal standard now in GA issues temporary security marked paper copies to everyone replying for a Renewal. She again says she's sorry and that there's nothing she can do about it. I say "I understand but just moved here and by law must apply for a new I.D. with a change of address" then "What other forms of ID will you accept? I have a copy of my social security card and my actual birth certificate (not a copy) in my car." She says "No neither of those will work, do you have a passport?" By this both I'm both rejected and laughing at point knowing that she is both (A) unwilling to reach out to a branch manager to either verify the funds are there 0; due to it being a BOA Check (B) using and rational logic or common sense to understand I have 3 Major documents, credit cards and other forms of I.D. on my person that clearly remove all doubt to my identity being who I say I am and finally (C) relazing that this is potentially someone to easily target opening up a new account, duh... You moron, do your one very simple job of finding new customers, especially the ones that drop in your lap like me... I walk away. I cashed it at Wal-Mart across the street 5 minutes later... and paid a lower fee in the process. Good to know at Bank of "AMERICA" that an American, following American laws with the most common, universally accepted " American" documents for I.D. (SS Card/Birth Cert.) is denied business...had I been a foreigner, non-American citizen with a passport... not a problem!!

Scott Fuhrman1I couldn’t figure out if I was in a bank or a social club with all the chitty chatty personal talk from tellers and personal bankers while customers waited in line. BOA customer service is just awful! Avoid this location if you value your time....
