  Just moved back to Atlanta and needed a vehicle. My brother has bought five previous times so, I check out their inventory. I saw the vehicle I wanted and went in to see Reggie. He was already expecting me. Wow! I’ve been in the automotive business close to thirty years and have trained some of the most successful automotive consultants across the U.S. The customer service exceeded my expectations. Had a chance to talk to Mr. Cunningham and afternoon talking with him, I’ll be buying my vehicles from there. It doesn’t even matter where I might live. They’re getting my business for sure. Thanks guys for a wonderful buying experience.

  I received a follow up email from Sareena, a sales person at Malcom Cunningham Chevrolet. She found a truck that fit the description of one I was interested in. I began negotiating with her and she worked hard to get the deal I was asking for. I never felt pressure to buy but she was helpful and persistent. When I went to complete the paperwork, everything was as agreed. Overall the buying experience met or exceeded my expectations.

  I had been working online and over the phone with two other Chevrolet dealerships for a few days trying to buy my wife a new Suburban. One was helpful but slow, the other took four days to get me an offer after I was there that Saturday to test drive the vehicle. It felt as though as soon as I left they didn’t care about the sale anymore. Even with everything going on they didn’t want to deal unless I was in their building negotiating with them. While working deals over the phone isn’t ideal, Malcolm Cunningham’s team was understanding of everything going on and got me a great offer on a vehicle and for my wife’s trade in within hours of first talking to them over the phone and before I ever stepped foot on their lot. The next day my wife went up to drive the car and the salesman Dwight was great. He took a lot of time explaining all of the great features of the vehicle and never made my wife feel like she was being pushed into buying a new car. I’m glad we found this dealership and would definitely do business with Dwight again if/when we are in the market for another new car.

  Chen is amazing! He helped me out with buying my new car from Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet. He was very very attentive, listened to what I needed, and was very accommodating. After I purchased my car, I did notice that there was a chip in the windshield. It had me a little unsettled because I didn’t see it during the test drive. However, Chen helped out with rectifying that as well. Thank you so much, Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet, for helping me buy my new car and I’ll surely be back for my oil change with you guys!

  Had a great overall experience. I have to give kudos to Maria and Dwight on helping my husband and I with out Traverse purchase. I was skeptical at first but I was given time to make a decision and Dwight and Maria were supportive through the whole process. We were amazed by the service. We worked with Louis for financing and appreciated the up front honesty. We are happy with our purchase and would most definitely come back to purchase another vehicle from Malcom Cunningham CHEVROLET in the future.

  Easy to schedule an appointment but hard for them to service at that time. Stood there for 10 mims to evwn ne acknowledged. Bc 3 people huddled together discussing missing paperwork. One couldve stepped away to at least hello and it will be another moment. 🤷🏾‍♀️ It would be helpful to let the customers know that a simple oil change would take 2 hours with an appointment. I ended up losing my discount bc i would be late to work. If you go- go on your off day bc the staff is slow!

  Have not had great experiences at this Chevy dealership over the last year. Went back in September to look at new vehicles, had a terrible sales rep who knew less than I did about the particular vehicle I was looking at. He ended up departing the dealership within a month. I ended up purchasing my new 2021 vehicle from a different ATL dealership as they had more inventory and were hungrier to earn my business. I then recently took my new 2021 Chevy vehicle to this dealer as a check engine light unexpectedly came on my 3 month old vehicle. This was in addition to a number of recalls we have already had addressed, so we were a bit frustrated. Our service advisor introduced to an older gentleman at the dealership who introduced himself as a "Liason to GM" and said we that he could get me another brand new vehicle due to the problems we have had early on with our current one. This was really fishy, and after talking to him later during my visit, I discovered he is a "Senior Sales rep" at the dealership and was bascially trying to get this low-availability vehicle of my hands so he can flip it on his lot and make $$$. In regards to the check engine light, the service technician accidentally erased the codes and code history from the vehicle, so after waiting for 4 hours, they had no diagnosis for me.... complete waste of my time. I ended up taking the vehicle to another ATL Chevy Dealership and they confirmed the Malcolm Cunningham technician erased the error codes.
