  What a TOP NOTCH company. Anthony Smothers is absolutely THE BEST! I have purchased and refinanced several homes over the past 5 years and not a single experience can compare to that of Buckhead. My husband works in the movie/TV industry and has several payroll companies at any given time. Anthony and his team totally get it! They understand how it works and made it so easy for us to prove income. In fact, he did most of the leg work himself! I have never had a loan person of any kind do this for us. We were able to close in 3 weeks with not a single hiccup. I feel that Anthony and his team were able to see what was around the corner and prevent any issue before it became one. I am so thankful! I will NEVER use anyone else! Thank you Anthony!

  Where do I even begin? Buying a home has been an absolute nightmare these days. With that said, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my home loans other than the team that is Anthony and Kim. Anthony was not only incredibly insightful, he treated my needs with care and took the time to explain any questions I had as a first time home buyer. Anthony worked together with me and went above and beyond with full transparency. No smoke and mirrors, just straight and honest facts. Kim was an amazing help as I was hitting some struggles with my verification of employment. She was understanding and made me feel like I was heard through this meticulous process. Anthony and Kim, I cannot thank you both enough for all of your work and efforts to make my home purchase successful. Do yourself a favor and let Buckhead Home Loans take care of your home purchasing needs! 10 out of 5 stars if I could rate how I feel about my experience.

  Quite possibly the easiest home buying process I have witnessed. Kevin Walker and his team of experts are very knowledgeable and they listen to your needs and wants. I never felt out of place. This was personally my first time buying a home which meant I had a lot of questions. Kevin was very responsive to emails and phone calls. Kevin made sure I understood the ins and outs of my loan and the whole buying process. I will most certainly be using them again in the future.

  My MVP team at Buckhead Home loan’s is awesome! They helped me purchase my first home recently. Kim and Tommy were extremely attentive and fought tirelessly to get me in my new home. Was a lot of early and late nights getting all the paperwork done and they never gave up on me. Without them I’m sure I wouldn’t have made it into my first dream home. Any other Broker would have given up and told me NO. I’m forever thankful for the excellent team at Buckhead home loans for helping me. I would highly highly recommend them if you are in the market for a home. Ask for Tommy and Kim, there the tru MVP’s!!

  Great experience with Sean Tuttle and Kim during our lending and closing process. Sean was always reachable and able to not only get the best rate but also able to react and make changes while we were dealing with a very difficult seller with multiple reschedules of the closing. Would definitely recommend.

  Update 6/14/2022 Their reply is weak. There was nothing unforseen on my part. I shared all of my info up front. Anything "unforseen" was on their end. And yes I love the home that your service overcharged me for. My loan officer painted a really nice picture of what was going to happen. However it did not end anything like he mentioned. I asked for a specific date he said no problem. Ended up closing 21 days after original close date. I asked for a 15 year mortgage, he said no problem. Ended up with a 30 year mortgage. He said my payment would stay about the same. Ended up paying $200/ month more than previous payment. The appraisal was supposed to cost $550. I paid it then a few days later he calls and shakes me down for $300 more for appraisal. I'm not happy with this service at all. Thanks for reading this far, Citizen Consumer.

  Kevin Walker and the rest of the team was Awesome. My wife and I are very new to Georgia and Lake Lanier . Kevin made the whole process as easy, convenient, and oddly enough enjoyable.
