  Not a big fan of BOA, but this branch is an exception. I called them and they actually gave me a valid response over the phone (other branches would not even answer the phone). Talked to Rita who was very helpful. Went to the branch, and they were quick and efficient. I don't have a BOA account, but I will definitely consider BOA if needed!!

  I am very impressed with bank of America It seemed they trust and understand me. In the dark days they listened idto myeas and well I still don't have anything at bank of America. bank if America always so new love em benjamin L. Beck now all I need is an appt. to keep my SSI account full

  This branch is a pure example why I would never open a Bank account with Bank of America. I went to Cash a company check as requested by the owner of the company, I cashed over a dozen of these checks in the past. Their employee Irine had hard time doing her job professionally and verify the check, she couldn't give me a real reason why she couldn't verify the check and was very disrespectful, rude and refused to let me even speak with her manager. People like her is the reason I Will never even consider opening a Bank account with Bank of America.

  They are so lazy to help customers and doesn’t know exactly things. They will waste your time and talk with different people if they can help you. If you need help don’t come here.

  Appalling customer service on the part of Relationship Manager and her manager/Vice President. They made me look at other financial institutions to move to from BofA.

  Rush hour very poor service they only have 2 tellers. Bank is all ways asking how do we do and no matter how many time I Express my concerns they do not change it.
