  Worse service at Bank of America at New Brunswick location!!! I would never recommend anyone drive down at that location. Tailors were fine, is the representative who sits behind the desk. Due to that I will be closing my account soon. I was there to get simple notoriety for my daughter’s school farm. But they were asking us to wait even-though they didn’t had any customer. As per they said,”they were waiting on for their customer to arrive.” Seriously they made a big deal of nothing. No politeness at all. Love Wells Fargo. After I went there and they accommodated us right away. It took them less then 3min to stamp the form.

  Fast and friendly. PROTIP: a lot of walk up patrons use the ATM (which is in the front of the building near the sidewalk) especially during peak times ... there’s a walk-up ATM on the back of the building that’s usually much easier to access if you don’t need to drive up.

  The bank has been closed for more than a week, and there's no update on when it will open up.

  I have been there 3 times, people are polite and nice, It has a big parking lot (Entrance at Reed st.), 2 lane drive through ATM (Entrance from parking lot) and was not very busy.

  This is my closest bank ... says it closes at 1pm on the door .... I got there at 10am and the branch was closed with no explanation ... had to drive around for another Bank of America

  They have a dive through ATM,as weel as a back ATM if you dont have a car.the people at the desk are nice and friendly.

  Polite employees, always crowded on fridays and saturdays. They know what they are doing and quick
