Jennifer F.1Just went to the bank today to create a joint account, I brought in my mom and father. My mom had to take a day off work and she did this because last time she went to the bank they TOLD HER they no longer are scheduling appointments. So we go in and we are told we need to schedule an appointment. Great so now my moms availability time is not the best so now we have to wait longer for this account to be set up due to them giving us untrue information.

Sara Bakes1Unprofessional rude manager she does not know how to talk to customers and also knows what she is doing. Mr Singh is the only person in that branch that has it together very professional and kind .The bank needs a professional manager to bring customer service up

Sai Rodriguez1Horrible banking experience. Waiting time is i credible every time you need to speak to a representative. Went to report a lost debit card and had to walk out after waiting about 20 minutes and others who were ahead of me hadn’t been called on yet. Ended up going to another branch on Rout 130 (very nice people and efficient btw) and just closed my account.

Racer53511Note: This review is for the one on rt130 by shoprite not this branch. Constantly noticed money being taken out of my account and being transferred into accounts I did not authorize or even have any knowledge of. Lost 70 dollars that I know of in this manner. Then recently my father made a deposit of which 500 dollars of that deposit was stolen. The bank says my father must have bumped into someone in the parking lot by mistake and lost the money. We will be closing all our accounts in this establishment.

Doge1Goodness gracious, the bank tellers are incompetent. How do you screw up a simple deposit? Now I have to cross my fingers and hope my shiny stars that they will right their wrongs.

Wow Bill1Stood around for 5 minutes, while 3 tellers continued talking amongst themselves and blatantly disregarded me !! Did not want to help me... so I wound up going to ATM for service... Shameful !!
