  Customer service is not the best. I went in for a new card after loosing mine at the time. Was only greeted by the teller. Their consultants didn’t even bother to say a word to me after many minutes of waiting for service. You will not feel welcome here, the one star is for the tellers but do yourself a favor and visit the Somerset downtown branch instead. They make you very welcome there.

  Not the best experience i’ve had. The teller, Jana was in a bit of a mood and very harsh when speaking to me. She helped me in what I needed but her customer service was absolute trash, she needs to improve.

  Wife and I opened a joint checking account together in like January. We got virtual wallet cards and they never worked. Turns out that the associate managed to switch our PIN numbers (I had my wife's PIN and she had mine). Sure we could've gone and gotten it figured out and fixed but it's the principle of the mistake happening in the first place. At least my money never disappeared mysteriously and I never got in an accident in that janky parking lot (the parking lot is super janky).

  Gave me a new atm card, but changed my pin without telling me, so it's completely useless. It's impossible to get any money out. Completely ridiculous.

  Every Saturday before it's even 1 pm, they have the doors locked , today I was there at 1240pm and they had already locked up. Ok you close at 1 pm, well contrary to what you may think, 1240 is NOT 1 pm. Besides this consistent issue and the horrible parking lot. The employees are all nice and professional.
