  I've been a member for 10 years. I am very happy with all the services they offer. Much more than a regular bank. The customer associates are always professional, address you by first name and are very pleasant and eager to help. They quickly complete any tasks you need. I’ve had two personal loans through this credit union with very low interest rates. Ive never had any issues. It’s also a plus that they give back to the community with scholarship opportunities. Couldn’t ask for a better Credit Union!

  I have been a member of the BMSFCU since 1997. The credit union is family! Although I have never met the staff in person I know them well. I can call with any issue and it will be resolved immediately. When my account was hacked they were able to get my money back and resolve the issue quickly. When I travel (and when I am local) I know my account is safe. My daughters are also members. I highly recommend BMSFCU.

  The people who comprise the staff are the best, a real pleasure to interact with. The practices policies, and procedures under which the Credit Union operates makes being a member an excellent experience. There is no way I could do business with a commercial bank after working with BMS FCU.

  The BMS credit union staff are very helpful and friendly. I have been a member since I started with BMS in 1988. The website and APP are very easy to use. I do not have a bank account as I prefer the BMS credit union. Please join if you are not a member.

  Have used BMS Federal Credit Union for years. First as an employee of BMS for 18 years and since. The website is very useful and eady to follow. Have had several loans and have always been treated respectfully. Wish there was a branch near me.
