This branch is always closed and that's the only branch close to our business. They always have only one teller and you need to wait in line half an hour just to deposit a check which takes 10 second. There are always 2 to 3 people sitting in the back doing nothing. I remember before managers they used to open a window in order to help customers specially straight deposit but I guess they don't care about the customers any longer. We bank with bank of america for over 30 years and that makes it hard to switch banks.

This location is very unprofessional and has no concern for the customers. Plenty of staff, but poorly managed, and staff picks and chooses who they would like to help in a line full of waiting customers. No regard for people's time, and little to no acknowledgement of people coming into the establishment. Poor excuse for employees. Terrible experience.

This is THE WORST Bank of America I’ve ever visited, as a 10 year customer. We went to this branch around 12pm without appointment. The banker greeted us and understood that we didn’t have an appointment. He asked as few question about our account and let us sit down, and said he’ll be with us shortly. After 20 minutes, no one helped us. A lady looks like a manager walked out and told the banker who would help us that he had to help the tellers because one of them was going to take lunch. We are confused. Then we asked the lady - manager we assumed - how long will it take. She said one hour, so we were frustrated because someone can inform us right after we came to the branch but no one told us. She said “ok, I’m telling you now” for three times. This is the quote. No apology, no sorry and no nothing. Is this the customer service of Bank of America? Is this how you care about your customer? Sorry, Bank of America, and BYE.

Hate when the atm prompts you to enter an amount to withdraw at the same time as your pin and you put the pin first and it just doesn’t work...

Crap service, stay away!!!! The Manager Caesar is the worst manager ever. He doesn't do anything and just walks around thinking he's a pretty boy wannabe with nothing to offer. Can't stand the service. All they do is rip you off and nickle and dime you for every little thing. Was promised many different features on my small business account that never happened and when I asked for them, they charged me, now they aren't willing to take off any of the charges or even work out a deal with me. Why we ever bailed them out, I will never understand. I am taking my money and my business elsewhere and not wasting my time with them anymore. Btw, Wells Fargo has free small business account. Take your money and your business there.

This bank has more than enough staff just very very poor management. There all professional except for 2 very rude women. If you're hot tempered don't not go to this bank due to the rudeness
