  I am a realtor in Whatcom Co. and have my pick of loan officers and ONLY refer to Amy Baker as she is that good. I never have to ask her to come into the office early if something is going wrong because she's already there fixing it. The process is online, quick and easy but you'll also get the personal touch, my fiance and I in the process of applying with her now, thank you Amy!

  If you’re buying a home or thinking of buying a home in Whatcom County, you MUST work with Amy. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the process, clear in her communication, and so positive! Amy answered all of our questions (even some we didn’t know we had!) and made the process of buying a home in an absolutely insane market not just stress and hassle-free but exciting and (dare I say) FUN!   Amy was our loan officer when we purchased our home in 2015 and we sought her out again in 2020 for our refinance. Amy is friendly and approachable and she makes a complicated process understandable and easy to digest. For our refinance she arranged for our other debts to be paid off which is HUGE and not something we thought was possible as part of the refinance. It was life changing and Amy took the initiative on it, without us asking. We’ll go back to Amy every time!
