      Horrible customer service at the counter! They just assume someone short wearing a Disney T-shirt and shorts is not someone with two business advantage accounts with them. I only need to withdraw $200 and not with any of my debit cards on hand. The lady gave me a look ant think I am lying to her. Good job, BOA at this branch! I wish customers avoid this branch!

      I have been a Bofa customer for almost 10 years now and I only choose to use this banking center for all my banking needs. The person that helped opened my account is still at this location, which is pretty rare nowadays. The banker has helped me with all my banking needs and is extremely knowledgeable, not surprised she knows it all since she's managed to be in this branch for quite some time now. If you're only for a branch and banker to help you, I recommend this location and find Ms. Lorena! Only downfall is they don't have a drive thru ATM.
