Alison Chaikittirattana1I don't understand why everything has to be in person with this credit union. I can't do anything online, and it's so inefficient. Whenever I go, I'm waiting in a long line because the tellers are having unnecessary conversations. Or I have to come back because I have to schedule an appointment, something I called the Credit Union earlier and the rep told me to just walk in.

Regina Hudgins-Hernandez4I have been with this bank since before the merge, took out 2 personal loans, without a problem and I have never had a bad employee, they have always been very pleasant, I dont think I have ever waited over 10 min. I really like this bank.

freddy garcia1Worst experience I have ever had at bank branch. We had heard great things about credit unions but from this experience I'm not sure this branch deserves the stars it has. I was looking to open a joint account with my wife and had called the previous day to find out all requirements. One of them was that my wife and myself had to be there at the same time to sign. We both took the time off early from work to make sure we arrived at least 30 min before it closed. When we arrived we were barely acknowledged at told to sit and wait for assistance. We waited until 6:05 PM closing time and it looked like the only 2 account specialist were having social hour and just waiting for us to get tired of waiting and walk out which we did. Again not such as a word as we walked out, then noticed the employees leaving aswell right after us as we were still in the parking lot. The worst 40 wasted minutes of my life, never again!

Stephanie Carrillo5Lucia, was an excellent help. She restored my faith in Cu Socal. I've been to different branches and I always seem to come back to El Monte. Please, take these complaints and reviews seriously and reward your outstanding bank tellers. We live in a age where you can write a good or bad review, and it can tarnish someone or your company so please take our reviews seriously.

jaime cabrera1My experience with your credit union was real bad, I have been a member for over 10 years thru my job, after being "pre approved" for 50,000 to buy a car from my daughter, I summitted all paper work requested to " loan specialist" Melany Martinez, I never heard from her again, Every time I called , She was either "away form her desk or out to lunch" She never returned my calls to give me an update. I gave up and went to another credit Union that my daughter had used, they completed the purchase transaction in less than 2 hours. I decided to close my retirement and savings account with credit union of Southern California. This credit union is a joke . "Thank you for not even trying" Melany Martinez
