      I never had a problem here There are two atm car lanes .there is no security so always be aware when you pull up.there is the E.M.P.D. down the street .there only open during business hours.( GOD FORBID) BUT IF YOU NEED HELP AFTER HOURS CALL 911. BE SAFE .

      "difficult time of uncertainty" are you kiding me? Covid is literally over folks this is not a valid excuse any more! Obviously corporate does not care about the poor reviews this branch continues to receive. Bank with someone else! BOA is not a good fit for El Monte CA

      Make you wait for 25 minutes outside in hot sun plus an other 30 minutes in line inside the worst bank experience of my life

      Horrible service waited in line for more than an hour to make a deposit. I can believe being one of the riches banks they have horrible service, not enough staff.

      I understand with epidemic we have to take the extra measure but I was in line for about 1 hr and have about 4 tellers but the problem was that some of the employees were just talking to each other including the one that was supposed to be cleaning the counter for every guest and decided instead to open a window. Seems like they are embarrassed of what they are doing. On top of that the manager decide to take over but wiping the same cloth with no spray on hand and wiping all of them with the same cloth. It looks like just spreading germs all over the bank with it. Then goes back to talk again with coworkers. Mangers need to take action and help the flow moving faster saves time and headache for others.

      Security girl was extra extra today for no good reason you'd think after taking me for $700 in overdraft fees last month due to EDD making a mistake on my claim that I could use the lobby's entry so I could see the screen on my broken phone to start an electronic card withdrawal but security "Can I help you?" Probably not your department "If you're not conducting businaess you can't stand there" I am conducting business "The bank is closed" Well the door is open. Are you trying to ask me to leave?       First come but serve later. I arrive when no customer waiting before me. I have to wait an hour long while they help 2 customers who come later. Maybe this is how they will treat you when you want to close an account.

      Horrible customer service the store manager looks at you like a criminal. The teller Raquel was horrible as well. She does not smile and talks to the tellers next to her. They harass you about opening an account of course because that's how they get their bonus. I hate this place. Never again will I come back. No one should bank with them.

      Ths place was amazing i was helped by Philip tsui today he helped me figure out all my problems and gave me solutions very nice and made me feel welcome and taken care off he really cared for my best solution i also want to thank the front greater or front counter assistant a gentleman in a beige suit didnt catch his name great at his job i can only imagine how overwhelming it must of been for him trying to help everyone walking in the door. Yet he managed to help everyone i was really impress by how well they helped out over all satisfied the service here is great im glad i choosed this bank .
