  Went because Bank Of America was closed & Unemployment had finally paid me after 7 weeks without payment. Asked if I could remove money from my BOA EDD account & was told yes but wanted me to write down my SSN & occupation (After telling her I was on unemployment) then refused to take my valid I'd because it has a Po box as my mailing address. Way to discriminate during a pandemic.

  I would gave this this place a negative score if there is one. They treat customer like a fool. Don't try to fall into their so called promotion deal. They will try to head all the facts and lie to you to get you deposit money there. Down to the street there are BoA and Chase, service are far much better. At least they will not lie and when you do need to call customer service, you get someone in US vs. Citi will have someone outside the country who not only does not solve your problem, but just kick the ball around. Avoid this place if you can! 从经理下面的职员，说话居然不认账。一群骗子。任何他们说的话都不要当真， 一定要他们写下来签名！

  Horrible Service. I made a mistake giving my account information out to scammers and Citibank closed my account and haven't given me my money back. It's almost been 2 months and they just wanna continuously punish me for a mistake I've made, but have learned from. Horrible service. You do not wanna open an account with them.

  I won’t recommend coming into this location. They computer system is horrible, it wasted so much time since the teller/banker has to enter my information again and again. When I opened the bank account, the person who helped me enter my last four digits of SSN as my phone number. And phone number is the only way to get verification code from Citibank. The online representative couldn’t help me with this. Now I have to go back to the bank to get it corrected. I can’t believe opening an account with Citibank costs hours and hours.

  I have been with citibank since 2010.. everyone is kind and helpful except for a tall thin asian woman who helps to apply for personal loans and new accounts. I applied for a personal loan in 2016.. first this woman arrived like 20 min late... didn't apologize. She didn't speak at all.. all that came out of her mouth was.. "ID" "how much u are requesting" after 10 min she said we will call you to let you know if you got approved. Very unprofessional, and rude. other than that I would give this branch 5☆

  Horrible Experience. One of the "Customer Specialist " gave me false information about my checking acc. She was no helpful at all, she made my situation worse. I did go to the branch off of citrus in covina and i received excellent service. I got everything i needed at the Covina branch.

  Unhelpful...rude.... with an I don't care attitude, like you owe them your life and if it wasn't for their stupid bank and or service you would have no where else to go...... PATHETIC

  This bank does not cash checks 😡 I tried to cash a citybank check and they told me to go to an out of way location. Ano another reason to not bank here.
