  Haven't used my BOF account in a very long time. After supplying them with the proper documentation, they quelled my anxiety and were able to set up my account within the hour. They assited me in depositing my first check. And set up a follow up appointment for me later in the week. We also discussed my love for sweet potatoes.

  What a disappointment. Went to the branch on a Saturday to deposit a check at the counter. Took over 45 mins. While I was there, more customers left after spending 15-30 mins in line than those who waited long enough to get their job done. Supposedly a manager was sitting inside but did not care to come out to help the customers.

  Cynnet helped me out and she was super nice and friendly! She was clear and very easy to understand. I never really liked going to the bank but she made me feel comfortable and I don’t think I’ll go to any other bank :)

  Yesterday I went to Bank Of America In Scarsdale‘s to deposit the money and get a change because we have a business account Long time and then just saying they don’t have a change quarters I asked for $200 they give me only $40 and they telling us to go to chase bank get change, why we had to go we have a business account here very long time I don’t know why they way to treat us we asking our pocket money we asking for business account this is the way they treat us customers ,Bank should have enough change for serve customer, my experience is Bank Of America Service is not right , So I went to get the change from the chase bank using my personal account, Bank of America in scarsdale 100 Christie place in Scarsdale

  Terrible service!!!!! They are not helpful. If I could give them a zero "0" starts, I WILL. This skinny, green eyes lady doesn't want to work at all! LAZY

  I love this place. Every time I walk in they scream out my name like I was some billionaire! Donald seems to be my own personal banker and the lady he works with is such a sweetie. Of course, they know their stuff and I always feel confident with their advice if I have any questions. Can't wait to stop in again. Never a wait.

  Horrible experience, one teller up front. Waited in line for over 20 min. Asked manager if she could get more help upfront. Manager didn’t help at all. Horrible experience! I don’t recommend this location.

  They're so slow. I will never go to that branch again. 1 teller was just sitting there acting like she was doing paperwork.
