  Long lines, they don’t answer the phones, no process for handling walk ins. I was forced over to this branch after the (amazingly convenient and helpful) Pelham branch closed. HSBC as an institution has been great to me, but this location SUCKS.

  It wouldn't hurt the ladies behind the desk to learn some customer service skills: greeting, smile, look up, be more engaging. The air of arrogance has got to go, I'm not here to beg for money, we're letting this bank use our hard-earned money! The location & parking are very convenient though.

  The customer experience at this branch was exceptional. My account abroad had been locked and the branch assisted me to have this resolved and the account open It took time and effort but all Staff were very patient and supportive Thank you HSBC in Scarsdale for your exceptional customer service

  Convenient location. Plenty of parking. So excited to finally have a HSBC branch near my workplace!
