  I went to the Scarsdale branch today and was pleasantly surprised. The teller was Beatrice and she was kind, polite and very helpful. She took care of my transactions and was even able to notarized something for me. I will come to this branch from now on.

  Love this branch! Extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff> Must mention Jason Gordon , Arlie Chella and Bruce Claytor -They are the best. Amongst daily challenges they always great me with a smile and most importantly make my day easy.

  Worst bank to ever put your money with. If something goes wrong with a debit transaction this bank has no bank bone and rolls over on its side like a good dog and agrees with consumers or retailers like all the time. My advice dont put your money here unless they have a huge promotion on a CD other then that your better off with another bank. I know there friendly and nice all the tellers but you need a bank with back bone..Good luck guys..

  I tend to believe this is a very good bank. They have a change machine inside that accepts your coins then you can get dollar bills for it. However, if you do not have an account with them they charge you a fee. They serve coffee. The staff is very friendly and professional. The have a wide variety of ways to hold your cash, invest it, loans, CDs, business accounts, mortgages, etc. There is a comfortable feeling at this branch. Based on the staff and their private banking division, I suggest giving them a try. It is a fine bank.

  I’m changing my review because the cute associate asked me to. They’ve upgraded the coin counting machine and I’m in and out in minutes. I wish all the branches had the same machine. It’s a good feeling to be welcomed as I enter. My client is now happy that I don’t have to return with uncounted funds. Check me out on Mixcloud. Thank you.

  The staff here is really wonderful. You are more than a customer..you are family. CD rates are usually very good so be sure to speak with them!

  Offered free non-bank ATM withdraws, 1 month later discontinued the offer without a notice and charged for all non-bank ATM withdraws. Dubious charges for certain online transactions without a notice.
