  I thought TD bank offers Notary services for anyone in need and don't have requirement of having to have an account there so yesterday I went there for Notary and I was helped by Nadia, she was very helpful and Notarized 2 documents but I needed Notary on few more and she told me I can come again after making required changes. Today when I went there, someone else was there and after putting my name in queue I was told that I need to have an account there if i need their Notary service so I better use my own bank services.

  This branch is amazing! Since I’ve opened an account here the way they’ve treated me has been amazing! Kudos to Ruby for always being super helpful as well as the entire staff.

  Wherever I go, I always find TD Bank's to be a convenient bank to use. Whether I am helping myself or relative, TD Bank makes all transactions easy. They have a convenient drive-through windows. They also have self service stations as well. I do however miss their change machines. That was very convenient. TD bank's are all over Southern New York, Connecticut and Jersey. I have nothing but positive things to say about this bank. They can be used for personal or business at any time. Good staff!

  Worst bank ever. Makes all customers use the drive thru rather than the lobby with no one indicating two lines are open, rather than just one. Waited for half an hour in line. Huge line of cars. Teller snarls that this bank is better than others during the pandemic, even though Chase never closed its lobby. Liar.

  Everything was so fast, and easy. Carmen was very patient and friendly. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer all questions, and did it all with a smile. Definitely recommend.

  Worst service ever..waited at drive up window half an hour still no teller I'm handicapped called finally picked up phone to say they are busy inside ..so close drive through so you wouldn't inconvenience customers and waste their time ..terrible service
