  Not too bad of a bank and there's no perfect one. They are usually helpful. Yes, somedays you may have to wait to get assistance, but what place do you know that you don't wait? I worked here many years ago and I still say. This is the best Bank of America around in San Diego city and county.

  Horrible I bout Euros and just needed to pick them up, I went previously to a different brunch and they toll me, my husband cand do so since he was in the account. There were 20 people in front of him , once he arrived to the teller they refused to give him the money in the Lemon Grove location. There paid for and nothing I call customer service they told me it was a manager desertion to do so.

  Tellers at this branch are rude, specially Reyna. They should ask their customers for ID as is it a requirement. I went in because I had a problem depositing a check, since she was unable to make the deposit because she didn’t know HOW. Reyna suggested for me to go outside and try with the ATM instead to see if the machine could process it. This is the first time I have ever seen a teller not knowing how to make a deposit, the manager was not helpful either as she also didn’t know what to do with the system. Bank of America you can do better by training your staff properly and provide customer service.

  ALEJANDRA has the worst customer service!! Just because she is behind that glass door thinks she can disrespect people. It’s unfortunate how employees can get away with it there is no such thing as having respect for customers anymore. I did not appreciate her talking over me when I told her to improve her customer service skills after the fact that she said that my business was not needed at Bank of America. Management is at fault for this, I’m sure I’m not the first complaint regarding this unprofessional teller and she has NO consequences.

  The teller was rude not helpful i went to change my check and she said to deposit i said ok didn't even ask which account or if i needed money then put on my savings account never told to put ut there now they will charger me to put it on my checking account. Bad customer service. Front desk girl she had glasses on. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  It’s very hard to rate this location i have been going there for long time things are very different every time specially since the old manager left but the only one person i see there all the time is Nahreen she's sweet heart very good at doing her job and she’s fast and use her time to work not to talk keep up the good work

  This bank of america has the worst customer service. They discriminate against disabled clients. I waited my turn in the designated disabled line for 30 minutes while 12 people standing passed through barely waiting 5 minutes per teller transaction. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful on many levels. I don’t recommend anyone to go here. Tellers Alejandra, Nahreen, and two other tellers working the early PM shift today 01/03/2020. Pay attention to your customers before you lose your investments.

  Be careful of getting assistance for a Allan Allosh. He is a complete waste of time. Does not know what he’s doing. I would respect it if he had asked one of his colleagues or even the Mgr. For help but he will pretend like he’s doing everything correct and waste your time. It is ok if you don’t know somethings but the only way you can learn is by asking your superior or qualified colleagues. I went in to apply for business credit card and he had me sit there for over 35 min and told me application submitted. It’s been weeks and I called the Bank of America credit card dept. today and they said no I did not submit any application for business credit card and I’d have to go to a financial center to do it. What a waste of time this guy is. He needs more training because he’s just going in to waste time and get paid. Doesn’t know what he’s doing.

  Why is it taking so long for you guys to cash my check?...When a bank tells you that you have to wait for 2 weeks before they can cash your stimulus check...🤬🤬🤬 "We need to get our money before we can cash it to you" Isn't that why yall have insurance. This is a bank? GIVE ME BACK MY check! " We can't the process is happening" Why do I feel like I just got Robed. I got bills to pay, mouths to feed, and anit nothing in this world for free.

  Hate B Of A. Business Line Monday, Friday & Saturday only?! Ridiculous!! Business is all week and barely on Saturday. The regular line takes forever to get thru. Always 20 minutes or more at this location just to make a straight deposit. What business has time to waste? Oh yah, they do. Customer service is bad, it seems no on can understand their explanations and every transaction takes forever. Lots of upset customers walking away today. Should be able to help all customers in a timely manner, even those who are unprepared.
