  Dave Holland helped us with our loan during a very busy loan period (summer 2020). He and his team were responsive and helped us close in a very reasonable amount of time.   9.5% (2018) to 4.25%, and then 3.75% VA (2019) refinance loans padded with high fees with Mr. Cooper. They offered me 3.25% in December, 2019. This time I shopped around until I had eight loan estimates. Each loan officer encouraged me to lock the loan before rates increased. I felt thoroughly confused. The VA newsletter wrote about VettedVA. So, I joined the group to ask for guidance. I posted screenshots of page two of the loan estimates. Members of the group evaluated them. They offered advice and made suggestions. Chris Griffith told me about Dave Holland, Veterans National Mortgage, in California. My Superhero, Dave Holland secured the best refinance loan ever at a 2.75%/30yr. Fixed Rate with United Wholesale Mortgage. He advised me on my income property and mortgage management. Best of all, he was readily available whenever I called or emailed his office. I save $128/month on the monthly payment now. It took him about two weeks to fund the new mortgage. I set up bimonthly mortgage payments with the money left in my bank account because I skipped the first payment. I am grateful for this excellent experience and fantastic outcome. Luna

  Amazing first time experience. They provide second to none service and truly educate their clients on the home buying process. I especially like how passionate they are in getting are armed services members into homes. The best VA loan officers I’ve ever seen. If you want the best, you need to call Dave.

  Dave was a straight shooter with us from the beginning. He educated us on all of the ins and outs of the mortgage industry and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. There was nothing left undisclosed and he was able to blow the competition out of the water with the rates he could offer. I highly recommend him as a Loan Officer and would definitely use him again if I were to buy another home.
