  Brian was such an incredible help with our home loan. After receiving a higher than anticipated rate from the lender we were working with, Brian was able to find a way to lower our rate without sacrificing our timeline for close. We went from submission to approval in two days. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process and we closed on time. Without Brian's expertise, I may have walked away from an otherwise incredible opportunity. I would recommend him to anyone.

  I have been working with Brian for over the last 6 years and he is one of the best Loan Officers out there. He cares about his clients and always make sure his borrowers are well taken care of.   Brian Kapferer is my miracle worker. I don't recall exactly how our paths crossed but I will be forever grateful it did. My husband and I were in a terrible financial situation about seven years ago. Due to a purchase of solar panels we added much more to our mortgage than what was promised. Instead of a $200 per month increase in our mortgage payment we were facing over $1,000 more per month. Our credit scores were in the low 500's. No one would help us. We were going to lose our house. But then I met Brian over the phone. He said it was possible to refinance. I held onto that last hope. He pulled a miracle out of his hat for us. I didn't know it at the time but ours was the lowest scores he had ever gotten approval for. He saved our house with a refinance, VA no less. No out of pocket money. He has all the right connections to make things happen. He is always on top of the process and knows all the answers. He is very service oriented and I have recommended him to numerous people who have had similar experiences with him. We have done at least 4 refinances with him in the last 10 years and he never disappoints. I will continue to use Brian whenever I need a mortgage broker.

  Brian helped me close the loan on our dream home, the home we hope to build our family in. Brian works fast as long as you give him what he needs, you will close on time or early. Even though I was using a VA loan, our lender and mortgage were ready to close before the sellers were able to fulfill their contingencies. Brian and his team are quick, responsive and professional.
