  The worst branch I have seen. Walked in for help with setting up a sub account. I was told it would take 45 mins to talk to a banker. Completely understaffed. Walked in again at a different time and was told we only have one person who can help and she is busy. Unacceptable. The reps need help with customer service training. Run like a third world country bank.

  Answer your phone! I tried calling ahead of time to confirm they offered a service, but could not reach someone to speak to. I drove in to find out that service isn't offered. It would have saved us both time if I could get through via phone. I called Bank of the West instead, discovered they could help me, and went there. As others have mentioned, there were only 2 tellers and the line was out the door at 3 pm on a weekday.

  Worst bank of America. You go in at 4-5pm, and with out a doubt they have 1 or 2 tellers and usually a line almost out the door. Half of the time there are 3 other people doing nothing behind the bullet proof glass. I have stopped going to this location if possible because of lack in staffing.

  You have to wait way too long in line to complete your business. Most of the time there is only one or two tellers working and at the busiest times.

  These hours are wrong. They now close at 5 pm and 1 on Saturday. I almost didn't get to make a payment today but they let me in.

  Excellent customer service!!!! wonderful staff they go above and beyond to help the customers.
