  John was supremely helpful during my refinance closing process. He came to the title firm, spent time explaining all of the documents, and checking (& double-checking) everything was signed, initialed, and date correctly to ensure a smooth closing. Great service.   I am so glad I found John and the Notary Pro Team! I needed some documents notarized and contacted Notary Pro in the morning. John was able to help me out that same day. John came out to my office in Livermore to notarize the forms making things much easier. John is super professional and a GREAT communicator.
