  Ryan Templeman did a great job helping navigate the complexities of the first time home buying process, especially in a complicated housing market. He had this great mentality of no question is a stupid question, and was always quite prompt to respond to questions, concerns or inquiries. Bay Equity’s GUI is also very refreshing, clean and easy to navigate - gives me all the details I need to know right away and in a manner that is easy for me to understand and follow. Again, for a first time home buyer which zero experience in this process, I can’t say enough how reassuring that is. I definitely recommend working especially with Ryan if you get the chance, but I’m sure everyone at Bay Equity is great.

  Easy to use online portal, always open channels of communication, and good communication. Ultimately these are the factors that made our first time home buying experience that much less stressful by going with Bay Equity and working with Ryan. I would definitely recommend working with Bay Equity, particularly if buying local to Livermore. My credit union on the peninsula was slow as molasses in comparison when I was first looking for a lender.
