  Went in to close my deceased fathers account they sent in the paperwork but had no idea what the rest of the process was. Never heard back from them. Called the number on the bankers business card and it was disconnected. Called the branch numerous times, no answer. Chatted with estate division and was disconnected numerous times. Bank of America is a terrible bank and this branch is a perfect example of why. I guess they’ll just deplete my fathers account of all his money and then say there wasn’t anything in there.

  I came in for a simple in person request. There was one person ahead of me. Two different people walked up and asked what I needed but walked away and never helped me. After an over an hour of my time being wasted I eventually left. Most of the offices were emptied during this time yet I could hear employees laughing in the break room and at one point 2 employees walked in with Starbucks for everyone. Apparently they were having a party in the back and decided not to work. I will never go to this location again. What a waste of time!

  I was in about 2 weeks ago with my husband and Assia was just amazing. She was able to help us on short notice which was very kind of her while still getting us out on time for me to make it to work. Thank you so much for the exceptional service, you deserve a raise girl!!!

  I normally don’t go to Bank of America but this was the closest place to get cash. I can’t speak for how they operate inside, as it is 2am and I’m just reviewing the experience. Plenty of parking, of the two atm machines only one was working. The light directly above was out, but there is some facilities oversight in upkeep at it was full of spiderwebs. Not just the light fixture that’s our but along the whole building. Not quite so inviting since I would have assumed it was abandoned.

  I'm tired of people like Marsha (below) thinking that their bad experience always has to do with Race, get over it, the tellers are just trying to do their job. Just because you don't get what you want, doesn't mean they discriminated against you. Go to another bank, simple.

  Never!...My deposit was REJECTED HERE BY STACY B....I find her cold and evil she doesnt work with people of color well. Perhaps the next teller at the Truxel B of A is just smarter, and has compassion to assist (ACCEPTED) the deposit. This branch is cocky, arrogant and RACIST!!..Tired of this garbage!!

  They are not racist here , I think they just don't like rude behavior . They don't work at psychology office it's a bank . And when you act getto you get the treatment you deserve . So act right you will get treated right . Simply put

  Horrible staff. They were just busy helping one customer and made me wait 3 hours Avoid this location to save your time especially -Jeniffer she's rude

  Welcoming place, the staff are fast at assisting. Very cozy and the interior design feels like home.

  Currently, the ATM cannot accept cash deposit nor perform other tasks. I'm assuming COVID-19 has kept them from employing someone to service the machines
