  Chris Kennedy and his team at Reliant Lending were amazing! I was a first time buyer and they patiently explained everything to me. They shopped around for the best interest rates to help make my mortgage one that I could afford. We closed escrow in a matter of days because of their professionalism. I would work with them again any time.

  Chris Kennedy and his team were top notch every step of the way! As a first time home buyer, I asked a lot of questions and they always had answers. We were supposed to close in 21 days, but they were so efficient and on top of things that we actually closed in 19 days! The interest rate he offered was by far the best on 3 different occasions. No one could match it. If I ever need services in the future, I will absolutely reach out to Reliant Lending again.

  This great group of people made the financial side of buying a home seamless. They were great about letting us know what records were needed by when, and have a great process in place to quickly get those documents to them. Chris was very helpful in setting our price expectations at several loan amounts, and he and his team were very communicative and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend anyone reading this to give them a chance.

  What a great team! They do an excellent job of communicating and walking you thru the process. They were super helpful during my closing as I had to travel during the week of closing. Despite the different time zones, I was always able to reach someone and get my questions answered and was up to date on where we were in the process. All of the staff is very friendly! I would highly recommend. They also can steer you in the right directions for other resources related to your home and finances. Great company!

  The Chris Kennedy Team was so helpful during our home buying experience. They went through every detail of our pre approval process and explained what to expect next. They were also very helpful when some questions about job stability and new careers came up and made sure to collect all paperwork and explanations to be ready for the mortgage process.
