  For a reason that's not explained, this Bank of America branch is closed today, Tuesday November 23rd 2021. No Safe Deposit Box access unless you have an appointment, and no counter service. Too bad if you have an urgent need! Wells Fargo a few doors down is open. Not good enough BofA!

  I usually use my mobile phone to do bank deposits so the one day I have to walk in a check I remember I couldn't for the life of me remember my PIN number. The manager was extremely kind and helped me replace my card. With all the crime today I don't think it must be easy to work in a bank - but all the tellers and the manager were very understanding. I was appreciative while I tried everything I could think of for a PIN. I did have to replace it, but I appreciated their patience.

  Been to other bank of america banks to cash a boa check where they had me sitting for 15 minutes before they try to get me to open an account. It feels like im being held hostage. Not at this boa it is quick and easy.

  Great BoA branch. Not very big and not very much parking but they carry international exchange and our last visit looking to get an auto loan couldn't have gone any smoother nor faster. My wife and I came on a Saturday and close to their closing time, but even then, we were taken right in, went through the application process, and got approved and on our way within 30 minutes!!

  They made false accusations , admited it and refused to fix. Worst branch and bank ever. Never will I bank with BOA or accept any form of payment through boa. Never in my life and I will advise my family members and friends to do the same

  In a line of 4 people waiting to be helped. 6 people behind the desk chatting away while only 1 teller is open. Come here if you have some time to waste. Apparently they need more than a remodel. They need new management.

  Bank of America is the worst bank in the world. No ATM's on the outside. On this branch the card reader to open the door to access the ATM does Not work.
