ovsan Ian1This branch used to be great I've been a member for many many many years. This morning I came in waited 20 minutes to get into my safe deposit Box . It took 40 minutes For somebody to came help me put my Box back . Then I had to wait another 30 minutes in line to make a payment. It used to be good I don't know what happened. I was in the Bank for an hour and a 1/2. And no courtesy no one is looking at you no 1 acknowledges you're there . something needs to change.

Kyle Sihota5Great location and polite, friendly staff. Building is always air conditioned and smells great. Plenty of parking at 3 adjacent parking lots. Deposits and withdrawals have been a breeze here.

Osman Buruncuk1Terrible branch. Not willing to help at all. I do have credit cards and accounts thru Chase and needed a certifying officer. They not only didn’t do it, they did not even help me for alternatives. Did not let me speak to a manager. Bunch of useless people.

Charlotte C.4A lot of people with issues with most banks now. Not enough employees, very understaffed and too many problems with what are otherwise straightforward banking needs. There were nice, helpful employees there when I had to do a transfer, having just left work, and that it was only a couple of minutes until they closed for the evening. Waiting in line took a few minutes, and it was nearly 15 minutes after their closing time before I was finished. The branch manager had to be called over because of a small mistake the teller made, but it was resolved without issue. They were patient and I left feeling like they were nice, competent, if not overworked most of the time.

Darius Lahoutifard1Big management issue at this branch. A few months ago I needed to do an international transfer. After waiting for 15 minutes for a banker to become available someone came to say that they are understaffed and can't do any operation 😮. Had to drive 15 minutes to another branch. Today I was first in line for a similar operation. I noticed they have removed the signature book, so there is no way for the management to review how many clients needed bankers. 4 bankers behind the glass, 2 busy with clients 2 others just chatting together. 4 other bankers in the cubicles, some with clients some just making themselves busy with the copier or talking to another colleague. Had to wait 30 minutes to finally someone take care of my operation. Yes I had time to observe and analyze. Avoid this branch. Not all Chase branch directors are this incompetent.

Ron Marroquin5The customer service is great. No waiting in lines. Very helpful, walked in to deposit and forgot my PIN number. The young lady immediately reset my pin number very courteous. I'm definitely happy that I made the switch from Bank of America to Chase Bank.

Alex Plaisance1One of the worst branches for customer service in the valley. The employees genuinely don’t give a ____about your account and will say so to your face. Rude.

Hratch S.1Zero star for sure. The people in the front are not knowledgeable about simple and standard activities in the industry. They promise that they will call you back but they never do. After waiting for days and wasting my time, they told me we don’t do that in house and we use third party for that. Great job!

Susan Bell5I came here to open up a business account. I decided to call 1st and the banker asked me to email them all the information so when I came to my appointment everything could be taking care of. As soon as I got to the bank they offered me coffee and I was able to see the banker within a few minutes. The bankers here very knowledgable and she was able to help me right away. They have easy parking and it's located on a very busy street.

Noah Smith1This branch is incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. I am an accountant by trade and attempted to setup a business checking and savings account here. The business banker I worked with (who said he'd been at the bank for 7 years, btw) was polite, but utterly incompetent. He took a long time to complete the simple paperwork needed to setup the account. A couple days later I received a call from him saying that he'd forgotten a signature from me and needed me to come back in to sign. A few days after that I began receiving mail from Chase for the account at my physical address (where I don't receive mail) instead of the mailing address I specifically asked him to use as the main address on the account. A few days after that I received a debit card in the mail which had my name misspelled on the card. After returning to the branch and speaking with the branch manager I was routed to a new business banker (who said he'd been at that branch for 8 years) who helped me get the issues fixed (or so i thought). A few days after this (perhaps 2 or 3 weeks now after first going into the branch) I received (at my correct mailing address, thank god) a new debit card... which still listed my name with a severe misspelling. I just got off the phone with Chase customer service and had them close the accounts, one of which had already had a $5 service fee charged on the balance. Needless to say, I would not recommend this branch be used by anyone under any circumstances.
