  This bank is always closed, just ridiculous that they can’t stay open when it’s right in downtown Wilmington. At first I thought, “well I can understand if someone had Covid and they had to close for a day or two to clean, but it’s been months. So what’s the problem, is this branch ever gonna be open for the public again?

  Only can use ATM In side of bank have not been open to the public for a long time not fair for us who live in the city maybe 5 to 10 minutes away have to catch a bus if we don't have a car 6 miles away to the closest branch

  This bank is a terrible bank who doesn’t care about their customers. Their system is out of date and will make you pay over 500 dollars worth of late fees. Also they will not keep your information up to date on the account. Their customer service is terrible too, I would never have a bank at Bank of America again.

  This is the worst bank. Takes over an hour to get someone on the phone. They in my experience won't and don't protect you from false charges on your account. Get HELP ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

  Excessive fees. Customer service is lacking. Long hold times on the phone. Automated phone maze cuts you off. When you do get someone they are not much help and sound like they are on the other side of the world.
