  All negative reviews is totally true. This bank really does have some problem with customer communication, they can easily hang off on you even don’t say a sorry. I get 2,7k credit limit was paying in full my credit card at least 2times a month, but after a year of use they start blocking my 200$ transactions and keep me 40min on the line and even after that they will not solve my issues, ended up will get my card closed and forget about this “bank” as a horror dream

  Offer credit increase after 5 payments on offer letter, if you don't keep the offer letter to prove it, they won't honor the increase. Scam

  I don't know what happened before they became a bank they were halfway decent as of this far they have zero customer service no kind of support or help call centers a joke do not deal with these people go to your bank or company that isn't going to charge you yes they charge you and it is not cheap

  Cancelled card for non use with out warning. With impeccable payment record, no one at corporate will return call. Customer Service, no help refers me to corporate they agree they do not understand logic only say nothing they can do . Poor business practice at Ollo

  RUN AWAY!!!! VERY SHADY COMPANY. I filed a dispute and fraudulent charge for unauthorized charges on my OLLO CC and it took more than 6 months . Every time I called, it was a different story....oh you filed it wrong, oh we sent out paperwork...blah blah blah.....all LIES!!!. Worst headache of my life.

  I found out they cancelled my card with paid in full zero balance for "undisclosed risk" while trying to rent a hotel when my card wouldn't go through. Embarrassed and scared. Sleep well tonight ollo. You reap what you sow.

  Pre-approved card for me then denied it giving me a hard inquiry on my credit report. Don't use this company.

  DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD THAT USE THIS "BANK!" I accidentally paid twice on my bill over $360 dollars. These folks are not trying to refund my money! After this situation is done, I am not using this card AGAIN!
