PrincessPeace1Terrible experience. I told the teller I wanted to open an account, she asked me to wait in the waiting area. 20 minutes go by and no one has even come to say "I'll be with you soon". So I get up to leave but first ask the teller "is there only one person who can open an account for me?" She begrudgingly tells me SHE can do it. I went to Citizens Bank immediately and got EXCELLENT service.

Phyllis Mulkey1They bought out Benifical where we had our loan was never late on payments. We were told every thing would stay the same. But it didnt and before we knew it we got behind on our payments. They have runt our credit. Will not work with us to help us get back on tract. They will not help what's so ever. They dont care.

Kortney Diduch2A package from my insurance was sent here in regards to my auto loan. Wsfs charged me for my auto loan even though it was supposed to have been paid off and now I'm short on money to pay bills. Trying to resolve this has been impossible I keep getting directed to number after number and no one can help me I'm clueless as to how to fix this and get my money back. Renee and Jeff A have been helpful to their ability but did not appreciate the attitude from Stephanie from the main number.

Jenn1I have my account set up that if I use my credit card and I have no funds it should just decline payments! THIS IS WHAT AN AGENT ASSURED ME YEARS AGO WHEN OPENING MY ACCOUNT! Its been set up like that for over 5 years! And its exactly what has happen in 2 occasions to me, my card has declined due to no funds available and no overdraft protection was ever charged! Now all of a sudden I have to pay $100 in over draft fees and can't close my account until its paid! These people are thieves!
