  What can I say...They are amazing! New City Financial help us when we were losing all hope! we were little hesitant but they totally held our hands the entire time, any questions or concerns we had they answer it immediately!   From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to New City Financial. They were literally our saving grace during an extremely dark and terrifying time in our lives. We were drowning in debt, using every penny that we had towards the necessities, while still fearing that we would lose our home. We had no quality of life, no enjoyment of anything, and were in a constant state of anxiety. We were extremely blessed to come across New City Financial during a google search. I remember checking out all of the reviews, reading each one carefully, and felt a tiny glimmer of hope that this company might be able to help us too.   New City Financial helped me tremendously by working with my lender to modify my existing mortgage loan.We were sinking fast after a few life events and New City helped us get a more affordable rate and got rid of the deferred interest.   I had dealt with several different well know mortgage companies only to be given the runaround. They would promise the world only to come up with some rediculous reason to not be able to do what they promised. I even had one company tell me they could not verify my proof of residence no matter what I gave them to the point where I finally told them i would send them a sample from my septic system so they could do a DNA test. Needless to say they declined the offer and denied financing but to tie up loose ends they sent a letter saying I was denied because they couldn't verify my residence...they sent the letter to the address they supposedly couldn't verify. I called New City explained what I had been dealing with and within one month and with no headache I was fully financed . Excellent company to deal with!!

  Would like to thank New city financial for what they did for me. When I called them the first thing they told me was I will not lose my home. ( happy to say I did not lose my home) . They do what they say. New City Financial will work hard to help you keep your home. The staff at New City Financial were great they are there to work with you throughout the whole process.   I went online to get information on how to refinance my mixed-use property and Baron Domenico contacted me so soon and made everything so easy that for a second I thought I was getting scam. However, everything was so clear and straight forward that I definitely will continue working with him for any other deal. My partner and I are very satisfied with the service he provided us.

  In a world of finance, you have people who talk a good game and then you have rock starts like Baron. To say that my experience with NCF was amazing, would be an understatement. I was able to close my (Relatively complicated) commercial loan in 16 days from the first time that we spoke on the phone. Baron is truly the best in the business. There is absolutely no BS with him. If he says he can get it done, he will absolutely get it done. His expertise combined with his dedication to customer service and continues communication, is second to none.   After being injured and losing my job I continued to make my mortgage payments but funds were running low and it was only a matter of time before I would be unable to make my mortgage payments. In an effort to avoid losing my home I contacted the bank and advised them of my situation. They stated that there was a modification program available once I was late with three payments. Once I stopped making my mortgage payments and after trying to get help from numerous federal and state programs i.e. (Save the Dream) which were unable to help, I then made numerous attempts to work with my bank to try and work out some kind of loan modification but ultimately I wasn’t able to get a modification. I realized at that point in time I was in serious trouble with my bank and needed help. That is when I reached out to New City Financial, who was able to save my home and negotiate a mortgage plan that I could afford. New City Financial was very professional and able to answer all my questions and emails immediately when I reached out to them. They controlled the entire process with the bank and they delivered what they promised. I highly recommend New City Financial to all my family and friends.
