  Horrible customer service, they will see a line of customers and would not even care to bring a third teller. If I have to deposit something, I know it will take an hour and skip my lunch. Not to mention, they close at 5pm. And close Sundays. It has been a struggle for me to come to this bank. Maybe only Saturdays would be my only chance to come here and also waits an hour.

  Went to deposit a check in branch saw a line and branch manager reached people standing in line for helping them out. But when one of the customer asked 'why is there only one person for regular customers on register?', manager replied 'its modern times you can use outside ATM's and Internet Application for 'bof' ' we as customers need better service and a branch manager who represents 'bof' speaks like that Isn't good enough. A Request please provide more people on register so that people don't need to wait. April 9th 19

  The tellers are very nice and polite. But there is often only two. Even on busy days. I wanted to open an account there but everything just takes too long

  Horrible horrible service. Typical wait is 30-45mins in line . They always only have 2 tellers which I don’t understand why because that bank stays busy! And to make things worse the ladies in there are rude! After you waited for a good 45 mins to be seen!!

  Too long wait to inter and slow working employees, I think 🤔 they have to put more employees to finish quick because other branches have no wait that much longer 😢🙏

  Service is very slow just one cashier working only I’m waiting almost 1 hrs just take a cash.
