I have been with Noble Credit Union for many years, and have had great service from them since. Have no complaints against them at all. Wouldn't even think of going to a different bank.

      Response from the owner

Hi RoseMarie, thank you so much for this wonderful review! We love having members like you as part of our Noble family!

I was quite pleased to say that the bank teller by the name of Shaylynn at the Bullard branch was very professional, very informative, and well-versed on the Noble app. She saved me a headache by informing about the credit card control. It’s nice to have tellers that will go an extra mile to provide vital information that can affect your account. Thumbs up to her.

      Response from the owner

Alisia, that's wonderful to hear! Please always consider our tellers a resource if you ever have any questions regarding our products. We're so glad to hear about your experience, and thank you very much for your review!

I have been with this credit union & this location for 35 yrs. The ATM machine is always up & working. The lines are very short. Love that it is a drive through ATM. I have always had good experiences here inside or outside. Tks, Noble C. Union

      Response from the owner

Hi Dovie, we so appreciate your kind words here! Thank you for leaving this review - we're glad to have you as part of our Noble family!

This bank has so many stupid setbacks or so called "rules" regarding your own money. Sold my car and tried to deposit the money from the sale so I could go buy a new car and have money down. But for some reason they would only give me a couple hundred dollars from the total because I had never recieved an amount like that before? Are you serious? It's not like I was trying to deposit $10000! Why should I use a bank that will not give you access to your own money after being a member for 6+ years. Don't waste your time here.

      Response from the owner

Hi Hannah, for security reasons, financial institutions are required by law to verify that a check is valid before disbursing the funds to any member. The options we presented to you for cashing that check are still valid, and we encourage you take advantage of them so you can access your funds as quickly as possible. We truly value your membership and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I wanted to pay off my auto loan in full of the amount on the account at the time. It said you can only deposit $2000 @ a time @ $5000 a month. It said to call. My fastest option to pay off the loan was accept a 10 day payoff period and pay by check and mail it in. I was charged an extra 10 days of interest to do so. Over $100 more than what I was trying to pay off. I was doubling the payments beforehand not being charged interest at the time. I did not ask if I could drive the 2 hours to pay it off in full in person to avoid the extra interest.....

      Response from the owner

Mr. Pinkey, I apologize for the frustration you experienced. I have provided your review and comments to our Assistant Vice President Lending and someone should be reaching out to you if they have not already to assist in the payoff and the additional interest paid. Your membership is important to us and we appreciate you being part of the Noble family.

My wife was pre approved for a credit card. When I applied with her they denied my request just because I had some inquiries on my credit report in the last 24 months. My credit was good they said and so was my wife’s. No missed payment. our credit Usage is low. Nothing bad on our credit just some inquiries. But in order to get credit you have to get inquiries there’s no way around it. Very poor bank. Don’t waste your time with noble credit union.

      Response from the owner

Hi Benny, we sincerely apologize for your negative experience. We absolutely would like to address this. Would you please send us a message with your contact information so that we can have our lending department reach out to you? We truly value you as a member, and we appreciate your feedback.

I’ve been a member at Noble for 11 years. I needed to open up a secondary account. Julie is a member specialist and she was an amazing help. She was quick, precise, and very polite. I was in and out of the Bullard/Marks branch. Thank you so much.

      Response from the owner

Hi Azul, that's wonderful! Thank you very much for your feedback, and we hope to see you again soon!

Closes at 4 during the week and not open on saturdays. How does a working person get money out of their account? Worst business model for a financial institution. I'll be switching all of my transactions to another bank because of this. I won't even go into the other number of issues I have had over the last 25 years with this bank. I would be happy to speak with the VP of Operations. But I doubt there is anything that will change because of one conversation. I can say this. My "original" account number was on the low hundreds. That should tell you how long I have been at this institution. One of the major issues is the reason I even have a "new" account number. There have just been some things that have made me already switch over most of my banking the last few years. Feel free to have her make contact though.

      Response from the owner

Jeremy, I’m very sorry to hear you’ve had issues and will be leaving the Credit Union. I know our VP Operations would like an opportunity to find out about the issues you’ve had so we can learn from them. I’ll share your review with her and see if there’s an opportunity to connect, if you’d be willing. Again, I apologize for your experience and am sorry to see you leave.

This bank is good if you’re a person who wants direct deposit and free checking. Do not apply for a credit card with this bank especially if you’re a person of color. You will be approved and your credit will be stricken only to be denied. I have an auto loan money in my account as well as being a customer for years. I was denied due to “underwriting” yes this company uses underwriting. I have never been denied a card nor have I been late on any type of payment. I wasn’t approved because my “dti was too high” after being offered a 5k limit from noble. I explained to the Rep that my income is a little bit lower than usually due to me recovering from Covid I contracted while working as a nurse at the hospital and I expect to have that income return to normal soon. I still had multiple other sources of income. But to summarize Noble does not care about their color customers and that’s why the only branch closed during covid is the branch nearest the urban community. Noble does not approve customers who are of color.

      Response from the owner

We’re so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. Discrimination in any form is not tolerated or condoned at Noble. We would appreciate it if you could please reach out to one of these managers at their direct lines: Kristy, AVP Lending, 559-252-5000 ext. 2319 or Vanessa, Loan Servicing, 559-252-5000 ext. 2141 to discuss your experience. We truly value you as a member and would like to resolve this for you immediately.

I have been with Noble before it was Noble Credit Union. There were several charges being made that were not from me. I called the dispute center (this is not the first time this has happened) and it seemed like the person that took my call was getting upset due to the fact that I was stating my concern and this was not the first time. When the call ended, she just hung up on me. Very rude.

      Response from the owner

Sixto, I’m very sorry to hear about this experience. I’ll be contacting the manager of that department and reviewing the recording. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do for you. Again, I apologize and thank you for your membership.
