  Andrey was so helpful and gave us options but no 'hard sell'. Easy to follow and so willing to help in any way he could. Christy was extremely helpful in helping understand about payment options. She helped clear up some confusion about mail we received trying to sell more insurance.

  Andrey was such a pleasure to work with! He exceeded our expectations with refinancing our house. He is knowledgeable and was readily available over the phone at any time to answer our questions. We had a lot of questions and he was patient and took his time explaining all the nuances to us. Initially we were thinking of postponing the refinancing process until a better time because we didn't think we would be able to come up with the numbers that were comfortable for us, but Andrey took initiative and called us back with an outcome that exceeded our expectations.
