Wilbur1It’s kind of disgusting to me that this filthy rich bank pays for only the bare minimum amount of bank tellers. I understand Covid staff shortages and all that but kind of a lame excuse at this point.

Alberto Malvestio1After checking online where I could get some change on Saturday morning, I saw that El Cerrito financial center location open until 1. I drove 15 minutes from Berkeley, and of course, it was closed. No words!

R2I scheduled an appointment at this branch, listing the reason why. A rep called me asking why I was coming in to the appointment. I told her , and also told her I was on another call. She kept talking as if I hadn't said I was another call. This happened repeatedly - after the third time, she stopped. But by then I decided not to go to the appointment. After I finished my call, I tried cancelling the appointment online, but after verifying myself, the system again asked for verification saying that I had made the appointment from another device (which is not true). I then tried calling the branch to let them know I would not come, but no one answered, and the again referred me to the website to manage my appointment.

sm Tuladhar1DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT. DO NOT COME HERE. The customer service lady was good. But their policy was/is/and at this rate will be terrible . Just came to get rolls of quaters and they will only give me one. Wells fargo for example will happily give me any change . And if banks don't give us change then who will? They already charge for chequs , charge for debits god forbid you lose them , have to have minimum balance and the list goes on . Ihave an account with them and if i could go back in time, I would go back in time and stop my self from the catostrophic disaster ofever opening an account here. Seriously thinking about closing an account here. Anywhere is better than this.

Abeni Bender1Horrible discriminatory customer service. I went in to cash a personal check given to me by a B of A account holder. I was told that the amount of the check exceeded the limit that they were able to cash for non account holders. I asked what the limit was and she told me they couldn’t disclose that information. How was I supposed to know she didn’t just make that up on the fly? She was also very smug about it. Luckily, I just deposited it at my own bank but what if I didn’t have a bank account?

James Esver55 Plus Stars for Veronica A Jackson, Elizabeth Payton Thomas and the Branch Manager for the best Customer Service experience. My appointment required different levels of expertise. Each associate never made me feel like I was just being passed on. They each asked the right questions, repeated my needs back to me and they executed kindly, professionally and clearly. Just before Veronica and I completed our task. The Branch Manager entered Veronica's office and clearly communicated that the next step would require one more stop at the counter. She waived me over and assigned me to a wonderful teller. Again, I was asked all the right questions and completed my purpose for coming to the branch. I am so grateful for the El Cerrito Branch and the staff. Perfect way to complete the year. Clearly exceeded my expectations.

walter albert1I was on line for about 15 minutes, when I noticed a woman coming back from her break. She goes up front as a greeter with her iPad. She is talking to her co-workers up front. I call her to the line and ask her how do I go about depositing my coins. She says we only provide that for our business customers since Feb.. I say fine , no problem. Then she says we don't have any paper rolls for you to come back and make your deposit. And then recommends that I just go to Safeway, its easier. So, you want me to take my money to the grocery store where they charge a percentage??? get it together B of A. Good thing I called her over otherwise, with the one teller only working, I would of wasted another 15 minutes to find out the lame news. She was very polite, but still poor customer service to send customers elsewhere. This is what I pay $144.00 a year for.

Edgar Blogs1In this bank they have no common sense, they don't have bathrooms to the public, they have them locked up, I was waiting in line for the cashier and my 2-year-old son needed to go to the bathroom and the person in charge of opening the bathrooms refused to open the bathroom for my son. The manager said I could have a bomb And they didn't have a janitor to clean the disaster my son was going to leave !! Felt like peen was a crime I never felt so Powerless My son almost urinating the pants and the woman refusing to open the bathroom seeing that my son had the need to use it they need to do something about it
