  Worst customer service. Had never felt such a humiliation myself. Said me to wait 15 minutes to get helped, after 15 minutes said me wait another 15 minutes. Later one lady clerk wanted to help me but her boss (or coworker) stopped her. And eventually (after hour), they said they are unable to help me and suggested me to find another branch. It was 4.15pm and bank closes 5 pm. 😡😡😡

  This branch is pretty good from my experience. Post recession they have been trying hard to keep customers happy. Great staff for the most part. Surprising amount of parking too. Still decent post rona service but set time aside or use atm for peak hours.

  I use this branch for work deposits daily and a lot of the time I am helped by Vanessa G. Each time I am greeted with a great smile and provided with awesome and fast customer service .5 stars all the way.

  The branch on Solano Ave is closer to my house, but I prefer this one on San Pablo Ave because the bankers are more professional. I do all my banking online except making overseas wire transfers that requires my presence and ID. Out of the three times I've made the transfers from Solano Ave Branch, two of them did not go through due to input errors by the banker who handled it. The people at San Pablo Ave branch are much more professional and accurate, no problem yet after making a dozen or more transfers over the past several months. They restored my faith in Wells Fargo Bank.

  I want to give 0 star but 1is the least. The service is slow. I got one issue on withdrawing, for which I didn't get any money, but the account still got charged. I ask them for help but turns out nothing helpful can they provide, only let me to wait...
