  I like to pull up the website and it shows me that they're open till 1. So I drive all the way over here and the note on the says that they're CLOSED.... Just like the SanClemente Branche$. You would think with all their money they could UPDATE the web$ite.... 🤔 But Nooooo.

  Absolutely infuriating that BofAs still have shorter hours during the week -even on a Friday!! Ridiculous and terrible show of customer service!! I will be looking for another bank that has normal hours to move all of my accounts to.

  Reduced hours is horrible for customers. People can barely get into the bank cause of their messed up hours. It’s as if they screw their customers on purpose.

  Worst bank ever! They decided to close our account after 08 crash and losing a lot of our money. Now they won’t let us open an account even though we have excellent credit (no reason given). Not a customer friendly bank!

  Bank of America is one of the worst institutions ripping apart the fabric of human decency. They are a horrible company who uses peoples own money against them. Do not use this bank. On hold for over an hour. Talked to five different customer service reps who all either just transferred me back to automation or hung up on me. I am just trying to reset my pin on my debit card! Only reason this bank is in business is bc the state of California is in bed with them.

  I see a lots of changes in this branch which clearly shows the progress. Now with lobby leader and less wait time they can be top. This is one of my favorite branches from bank of america. Still needs more to be great

  Worst customer service ever, I had to wait in line for 32 minutes because they only had 2 tellers and the line was out the door. There was like 4 people sitting at their desk 2 asking why you were there instead of helping and a manager/ supervisor hiding behind the tellers, Plus tellers don't know what they are doing how hard is it to make a deposit. That's why I don't bank with BOA

  BANK OF AMERICA IS HORRIBLE!!! I was overdrawn due to a mistake the ATM the blacklisted me with FRAUD for SEVEN Years. I paid them every penny I owed and all the fees they wanted and they still won't be fair and let me move on. My story is just one of the horrors you will hear

  Hate them - always very slow. Even with a line of 21 customers only 2 tellers. Want to charge me $5.00 for depositing check into my sons account. Worst bank and worst branch in California.
