  Dino and his team are extremely professional, personable, and diligent in there approach to the lending side of buying a home. This was my first time purchasing a home - luckily I was referred to these guys right before I pushed through with another company. Worked to give my credit score a boost, and got everything in line with an extremely fast close of escrow! I would recommend this team to random people I meet, as well as direct family. Truly made this process a cake walk for me!

  Dino, Tyler, and team are hands down awesome. We sold our condo and bought a new house. We used Dino and team with financing of the new home, they were able to get us a great rate along with a lender credit. The buyer for our condo did not get approved for their loan with Chase. We connected them with Dino/Tyler and they were able to get financing in a very short amount of time. Because they pulled this off we were able to use the proceeds from our condo sale to put towards the down payment for the new house prior to close. To top it off they provided us with well timed gifts in the mail to assist with all the stresses of completing a residential purchase. Very cool! I am an office and industrial building sales broker and have assisted business owners with a countless number of purchases over the last 7 years. To date, I have not met a better finance team than Dino and Tyler.

He and his team helped set me up for success so that when the time came and I finally found my perfect home, I would be 100% prepared for escrow.
