  I must first start off by saying that this was my first time buying a home and have been very skeptical about the whole process. I honestly could not be any happier, working with Johana Moreno has been an absolute pleasure! She is very professional, super nice and made the process fast and easy! She went out of her way to help me and answer any questions I may have had, she was always super sweet and extremely knowledgeable! I will def be recommending US Financial Network to friends and family, thanks Johana, you rock!

  First time buying a home, and honestly couldn't be happier with the help US Financial gave me. Johana Moreno was the biggest help, even with changing the loan amounts a few times to see what payment would eb best for me :X (sorry about that Johana)! Also, I shopped around and they found me the lowest interest rate! I highly recommend!

  I was referred to this company several months ago by a fellow real estate agent as a resource for my Senior Buyer clients to acquire financing on manufactured homes which other more conventional lenders would not offer or consider. For Seniors who are dealing with downsizing and limited budgets the manufactured homes are a viable way for them to have a home, in a more secure community. Many times they can not afford those transitions without a bit of financing. The first person I spoke with was a gal named Harmony.( Frankly I expected a voicemail because that is what I am used to with many other lending institutions.) She was so friendly and ready & able to answer all of my questions which were numerous as they were regarding all of my buyers situations...I had three Buyers writing offers on unique homes in different parks and with different financial needs. Within a few hrs, I had another very pleasant conversation with the owner Joseph. The quick and very professional service allowed me to write all three offers which were all accepted ! I have also found that all members of their team,application,appraisal and loan processing, have been so responsive and on detail. I wish that I had found these folks earlier in my Real estate career ! I happily refer them to all and look forward to working with them whenever I can !!!

  My husband and I were searching for a mobile or modular home and the experience was a bit different from buying a condo or home. Danielle Hoskin was one of the people who assisted me through the process of what documents were required. She was very prompt in her responses as well as being very professional! We ultimately found the perfect place for us, and I could tell that she and others in the company worked as fast as possible & kept us informed of the progress along the way. I would recommend the company very highly. THANK YOU TEAM!

  I was looking into purchasing a manufactured home a few months back and Harmony was the main person assisting me. She was very professional, attentive, and very quick with getting back to me with all of the answers to my questions. The paperwork was processed quickly. Even after I had decided not to follow through with the purchase due to unforeseen circumstances, she was very understanding. The owner was very kind as well. Our initial conversation was friendly and he understood exactly what it was that I was looking for. Very kind people. 5 stars!

  Danielle Hoskin at US Financial Network was amazing. This was a very difficult transaction and loan, but Danielle continued to answer my calls, emails and text. I have been a Realtor for over 40 years, I wish everyone was half as professional, it would make all our transactions easier. Thanks

  This was my first time assisting in buying a manufactured home for my parents. I had a horrible experience with these “brokers.” Robert Quinn is just horrible at communicating with the paying client. They like to sit on “processing”loan documents. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because Joanna was very kind and did her job they way she was supposed to. These greedy mf’s like to take in clients and their money. Then overwhelm themselves with a lot of work they can’t handle. Causing the senior loan processor to have an attitude and hate his job. Quit if you don’t like it. If you can’t handle the pressure. Stop taking so many clients and do your job they way you are supposed to. Hire more people to help. Get your head out of your forth point of contact and be professional.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, because I realize what a great impact it has on your business, however this time I feel it woud be irressponsible if I didn't. As a realtor, the lender you work with is crucial to the success of your transaction. Without getting into too much detail, here are just few of the problems I experienced: 1) if your loan processor takes the day off, you won't be able to get a status 2) a loan that should have funded in 30 days took 60 3) they will tell you what you want to hear, which may not be the truth. Unfortunately, I used them twice. I should have learned from the first experience which wasn't as bad, but bad. This last transaction was an absolute nightmare. If you use them, based on the positive reviews here, document everything and don't expect a smooth transaction. DH was my loan processor. She started out ending her emails with God bless you and ended the transaction with no salutation whatsoever. That pretty much sums it up. You have been warned.

  From the very beginning of my experience with them, it has been smooth and easy. I have to give the credit to Harmony as she is not only 100% customer focused, she does what she says she will and follows up in the time frame she gives. She does it all with a smile in her voice and an extremely professional way. She’s also fun to talk to - this is my first mortgage and I felt very ignorant with some of my questions. She assured me I was not and proceeded to explain in terms I could understand that would answer my questions. Having worked as a customer service manager for an airline for 28 years, I would have hired her in a split second knowing I would never regret it. While I did deal with Harmony 99% of the time, I also had occasion to interact with John Bohrer -again, super helpful, professional and made this process easy. I would recommend the company in a heartbeat!

  I submitted an application Three weeks ago and I never got a call back even though I called them and had my agent call them like 5 times, I would never get a call back. I lost the offer to the manufactured home I was interested in, I am a person with great income and great Fico score and I was treated like I was no one, like I never qualified. They made me doubt myself, I felt like I was not a good candidate to purchase a home and was discouraged. Just Google Santiago Financial, They processed my application from one day to the other.
