  I do not understand why they closed down the drive-thru, especially during the Covid crisis. Why force your customers to come into a lobby where the risk of exposure is so great. Definitely not putting the best interests of its' customers first. Not to mention this branch seems to be closed more than it is open.....

  This was the worst customer service ever.There was a woman called Amy who was rude and another woman who was yelling my information all around the bank.The staff here are very loud and unprofessional,cuasing an unnecessary scene and talking about you as you here.Amy was on the first cubical yelling to the older woman 'what does she want? And then she yelled back '" I don't know I think notary".Sad that I was the most calm!

  The absolute worst bank ever run. They are never open. Please just shut this place down

  The worst bank ever! They are closed all the time. The employees are rude. I have never had to wait in line at a bank for an hour before using this branch. I am currently looking for a new bank. Wish I could give this branch negative stars.

  Worst bank ever, locations always closed changing bank soon we need something close and reliable they're not for sure reliable always close, the closest branch its 20 min away and always full lines are putaide for customer waiting with the sun and everything. Update they still sucks not able to attend in person making you wait for weeks dor an appoinment and also over the phone they dont help.

  This is by far the worst Bank in the City . Searching for options where to move to. No drive thrus. There ATMS are ALWAYS broken down. Spent an hour standing in line to cash a check they had 1 teller at 12 noon. Not a soul in the line has ANYTHING good to say about it. Including myself. It starting declining about a year ago and has landed rock bottom. They don't care that their ATMs always stay broken down you can call the number it tells you to call you get nooone then end up having to go to someone else's ATM and have to pay to get your own money. They need to staff that place and fix their ATMs but it's too late for me I'm fed Up Switching to another bank asap. Today was my last straw and even at this Branch they had someone working on one of their ATM machines and the Workers that they have don't try to get in a hurry

  If I could give this branch negative 10 stars I would. My husband and I regret we ever changed banks. It has only been a month with this bank. We will be leaving ASAP. They say that they care about the military but we have seen different because they did nothing to correct the mistake that was made by this branch and now we do not know where our money will be at the beginning of this month and all we can do is pray that we can find it so that we can pay the money for new home on the first of Feb. I do not recommend anyone bank with them period. They are cold heartless and do not care and will never do what it takes to correct their mistakes. All the do is pass you around like a ball. Because we discovered that most of the people with this bank do not have the acknowledge of their job or just flat out lazy and do not want to do their job. We will be sure to inform the Military of our experience and to make sure that active as well as retired military never ever get burned like we did. Thank for not caring the Kinchens.
