  I have not been with Independent Bank long. I must say the Independent Bank in Bartlett has the friendliest staff there and they have a genuine interest in there customers! All the personnel at this bank is knowledgeable! I'm so happy I chose this branch to do business! My experience with this Bank has been very pleasant!

  I have been banking with the Bartlett Branch for the last 5 years. The employees there are always courteous and friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my needs. Anytime i get a chance or someone complains about their banking problem or during my conversation with people I always recommend Independent Bank "The Best in The Business!"

  The Saturday team of Independent Bank is amazing. It is the only location open on the weekend. They go out of their way to help you since they know things pop up on Saturday. Ask for Tara Burnett she is the best. Lance

  I love this bank. Each time I stop by I'm always greeted with a smile. The customer service is excellent and they always make me feel special. Jackie and Daniel always take great care of me.

  I use this convenient location inside the Bartlett Kroger for all my banking needs and their courteous staff have always been helpful & professional. I would definitely recommend giving them a visit.
